This semi-transparent blouse features a round neckline and 3/4 length sleeves with a flounce cuff. Anne wanted to combine the handmade, intricate detailed work of this specialty ribbon with the ease of a classic, and signature blouse. The detailed interloping of the ribbons adds an artful pattern and playful cutout areas around the body, making it a real masterpiece.
